TriFuel Cohort: how we use your information

This notice explains how Nutrition Triathlon Limited uses the information you give us when you apply for and take part in the TriFuel Cohort. It sits alongside our main privacy policy, which covers everything else, such as payments and emails.

Who we are. Nutrition Triathlon Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 12822124, registered office 2 Bath Mews, Bath Parade, Cheltenham, GL53 7HL. Contact: [email protected]. The coaching is delivered by James LeBaigue, a registered sports nutritionist (SENr).

What we collect

• your application: contact details, your training and goals, and your answers to the health questions
• your food logs, through Cronometer or another app you share with James
• your training data, through TrainingPeaks
• your weekly check-ins, including your weight if you choose to share it
• emails you send James
• recordings of the group calls, which include anything you say or show on camera

Why we use it. To decide whether the cohort is right and safe for you, set your numbers, give you feedback and run the calls. Health information is special category data, so we only use it with your explicit consent, which you give on the application form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing James. We can't coach you without it, so withdrawing it would mean we can't continue your place. We'd still keep the records we already have for the period set out below, so we can deal with any questions, complaints or claims about the coaching. Your contact details are used to deliver the service you've paid for.

Who sees it. Only James sees your application answers, food logs, check-ins and emails. Some of the tools he uses to run the cohort, including AI tools, process them for him, as set out below. Call recordings are shared with the other members of your cohort. We never sell your information or use it for advertising.

• Tally: application and check-in forms
• Cronometer: food logs
• TrainingPeaks: training data
• Google Meet: live calls and recordings
• Notion: James's coaching notes

Some of these companies are based outside the UK. Where they are, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy rules or approved contract clauses. Any company used follows GDPR principles.
